Repair Authorization Request
Larrivée's limited lifetime warranty is to the original retail purchaser against all materials and workmanship defects. Hardware not manufactured by Larrivée is covered for up to 12months. Our warranty is non-transferable, meaning the warranty does not cover non-original owners. To avoid the risks involved in shipping your guitar, as well as shipping fees and wait times, we recommend considering a local qualified repair person for any work known to be non-warranty. Most repairs we receive are due to damage caused by dehydration. Any repairs required due to climate issues, such as dehydration, are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Regardless of warranty status, all shipping charges to and from Larrivée are the responsibility of the customer.
If your repair is limited to a hardware issue such as tuner/machine head malfunction or electronic pickup issue, please go through customer support directly. Do not use the RA Request.
