Return policy - Larrivée allows three calendar days to initiate a return or exchange any item from the delivery date. Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective to be eligible. Once we receive your item, you will be notified of your refund or exchange status. The refund is for item only. Outbound shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping - Flat rate shipping & handling fees apply. $9 for USA, $20 for Canada, and $25 for International. On select items, shipping/handling is included in the price. Large international orders may require additional shipping charges. The flat rate fee is waived for purchases over $100 in the USA. USA ships FedEx 2 or 3-Day with tracking for most packages. Canada and International ship USPS First-Class International with tracking. Larrivée is not responsible for import duties and/or brokerage fees that may be associated with international shipping.
